1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
You received a damaged product
You received the wrong product
The item has manufacturing defects
Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Customized / personalised jewellery
Products damaged due to customer handling
Items without original packaging
Earrings / nose pins (for hygiene reasons) (optional rule)
Products bought during clearance / sale (if mentioned βNo Returnβ)
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Share unboxing video + product images clearly
- Our team will verify and approve the return
Unboxing video is mandatory for damage/wrong product claims.
4. Refund Policy
Once return is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5β10 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- If Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be sent via bank transfer/UPI
5. Replacement Policy
If eligible, we may offer:
- Replacement of the same product (based on stock availability)
OR
- Store credit / coupon (optional)
OR
- Full refund (as per case)
Replacment product will be dleivered within 7 working days
6. Return Shipping Charges
- If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we will cover return shipping.
- If return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may not be refunded.
